About Arellano Built General Contractor

Manuel Arellano & Family

Although he’s relatively young, General Contractor Manuel Arellano has already built himself an impressive resume within the extremely competitive construction industry.

He began his career with an apprenticeship program in Santa Cruz in 1996. For two years, Manuel worked under the watchful eye of a strict yet instructive independent builder. With the skills he honed and new crafts he learned in Santa Cruz, Manuel headed out to Vail Valley, Colorado, where he worked on numerous custom, high-end mountain resort homes. After two years in Colorado, Manuel made the trek back to California and worked the construction trade in the foothills of San Mateo and Los Altos. It was here where he continued pursuing his passion for building and obtained his General Contractor’s license.

In 2003, Manuel and his fiancé decided to move to Twain Harte, and if you ask Manuel, he’ll tell you it was the best decision he and his wife ever made. He continued to get more experience under his belt, working on such impressive local projects as the Sonora Opera Hall, the Tuolumne County Agricultural Building and Sonora High School, not to mention countless condominiums and homes.

In February of 2007, Manuel started his own company, Arellano Built. Arellano Built gave Manuel a new way to connect and work with prospective clients. In little over a year and a half, Arellano Built has already completed numerous projects around the area with many more scheduled in the near future.

So if you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor with an impressive portfolio of contract jobs, look no further than Manuel and his company Arellano Built. Give him a call or drop him an email; he’d love to hear from you!
